The music video, it is argued would not be supported by feminists, as that - along with the lyrics - suggest that women must succumb to men's needs and wants. With Britney being dressed in a short skirt, and her cleavage being close to being on show, it shows how she has adapted the school uniform to be dressed how she thinks men would see her best. As well as this the women dancing behind her have done the same, suggesting that attention from men was the popular desire. This fits in with the lyrics of the song which say "show me how you want it to be" as well as "my loneliness is killing me". By Britney being dressed in such minimal clothing to entice these men to want her, she is also offering them to be the leader in the relationship, as she steps back and allows them to be in control. Furthermore she even uses emotive language and hyperboles to show that she truly needs a man in her life otherwise she is unable to function. This shows females to not be powerful but to use their overt sexuality in order to attain the love of men which they feel they need in order to be happy and content in life.
